Product demo
See TeamWheels in action
A 60-second walkthrough of TeamWheels — the employee carpooling and commute-management app that runs natively inside Microsoft Teams. See ride matching, the conversational bot, and the Scope 3 emissions dashboard in action.
What the demo covers
The video above compresses an employee’s and an administrator’s journey into one minute. The personalised demo takes about thirty minutes on a video call and follows the same thread, with your sites and constraints:
- The bot in Microsoft Teams — an employee declares their usual commute (home area, site, hours) by answering a few questions, then offers a seat or asks for one. No app to download, no account to create: sign-in runs through Entra ID.
- Matching and confirmation — the algorithm proposes compatible colleagues by route, schedule and site; the driver confirms and passengers get a Teams notification when it is time to leave. We also show how to flag a day off or change hours in a single message.
- The administrator dashboard — active carpoolers, trips shared, kilometres avoided, CO₂ saved, and the monthly export of trip records for commuter-benefit programmes (IRS Section 132(f), UK schemes, France’s forfait mobilités durables).
- Scoping the trial — pilot scope, sites to declare, rollout calendar, and answers for your IT and HR teams.
Short on time? Watch the 20-second launch video
The TeamWheels launch video sums up the idea in 20 seconds: an employee asks the AI carpooling agent for a ride in Microsoft Teams and joins a matched colleague in one click.
Who the demo is for
- HR and benefits teams — to assess real adoption, commuter-benefit administration and the effect on retention.
- Mobility and facilities managers — to quantify parking spaces freed and multi-site organisation.
- Sustainability and ESG teams — to check the quality of the Scope 3 Category 7 data exported to GHG Protocol and CSRD reporting.
- IT and security — to validate deployment in your Microsoft 365 tenant, Entra ID SSO and data processing.
Three people are usually enough: an HR or mobility sponsor, a Teams administrator and, ideally, a future programme ambassador.
What to prepare
- The number of employees in scope and the share who drive alone.
- Your list of sites (address, headcount, dominant shifts) and any multi-employer locations.
- Confirmation that your teams work on Microsoft 365 and that a Teams administrator can install an app from AppSource.
- Your priorities: parking, Scope 3, commuter benefits, employer brand.
With those elements we propose a pilot scope and a quantified estimate at the end of the call. For a first idea before the demo, try the carpooling savings calculator or read about the corporate carpooling software and the white-label carpool platform .
Demo FAQ
How long is the personalised demo?
Thirty minutes on a video call: ten minutes on your sites and goals, fifteen minutes inside Microsoft Teams (declaring a commute, matching, the dashboard, the commuter-benefit export) and five minutes to scope a free 30-day trial.
Do we need to install anything before the demo?
No. The demo runs on our demonstration environment. If you want to move straight to the free trial, a Teams administrator then installs the app from Microsoft AppSource into your Microsoft 365 tenant in about five minutes.
Is the demo available in French?
Yes. TeamWheels is bilingual English / French, and the demo can be run in either language — including for teams spread across the UK, the US, Canada, France and Switzerland.
